Security forces will take extra tough security precautions Friday within a 4-square-kilometer area from the Phalange Party headquarters in Saifi to the Phoenicia InterContinental Hotel up to Tabaris square, Burj al-Murr and Zoqaq al-Blat. The precautions are to ensure MPs easy access to the Parliament building to vote for a new president.
