Israel's dilemma over sick Gazans

Gazans are forced to go to Israel for health care. Even terrorist are treated without question. This is obligation of the arab government. Yet, Israel opens it arms to help sick palestians while the surroundings of the hospital are being rocketed. The regard for the lives of their brothers are nil. Israel should be praised for this humanitarian aid
